211 PROCESS
This is the first concept of my design...
in my final concept I have cut the end off so that it will be able to stand.
The 10mm bit is for the chuck to hold while its in the lathe but I'm going to incorporate it with my design because I think that it adds to the aesthetics of the moon dust theme.
This is my first concept design, I think that further development can improve the structure.
This is my final concept design gives the whole design a more spacey look
211 Moon Dust
These are a few images of 'moon dust'
I just think their interesting and go with the context of my project.
I really like the top image and how you can still see the functions of the watch through the dust.

211 FINAL CONCEPT P1
This is my final concept, think that the form expresses my idea of controversy around the Apollo 11 mission.
The base part of my design shows the pull/wieghing down of the Apollo 11 mission and how some people didnt believe hat man actually landed on the moon. The top elongated part of my design is expressing the 'reach' for the moon, it also illustrates a sort of rocket looking aspect.
211 PROCESS P1
these are a gew of my processes, from these i want to devlop a more elongated tom part for my vessel and a heavy base to express the idea of controversy and uncertainty behind the apollo 11 mission.
211 PROCESS P1
Brainstorm/Sketches
First Sketches
These are my first concepts of my ' piece of moon dust from The Apollo 11 mission' vessel
I was mostly getting used to using solid works, but I like the forms that I made and will develop them further .Further Concepts
In these concepts I was experimenting with different cuts and how they could show detail in my form and material use.
In these forms I'm expressing the controversy that was behind the Apollo 11 mission. The elongated forms show the side that believes man set foot on the moon while the solid more heavy looking ends express a grounding against the belief that man actually landed on the moon.
the materials I am looking at using is aluminium as its a light material.
252 PROCESS P1
First shoot thumbnails
In this shoot I was exploring different movements/ anomalies.
I want to focus on my knuckles and how the skin moves/ wrinkles with the movement of my bones underneath my skin.
For my anomalies I want to find something more subtle use.
ANOMALIES
My eye
I want to show how everyone is different through this anomaly, because nobody has the same eye.
I think its interesting how my eyelashes and eyebrows grow.
I also think that be photographing my eye I'm showing a shy attribute about myself.
I also think that be photographing my eye I'm showing a shy attribute about myself.
BIOMECHANICS
I focused on my knuckles for the Bio-mechanics part of this project.
my photos are trying to show the movement underneath my skin, I'm focusing on how the wrinkles express this movement,
